Vedran Perić is the founder of Exponential Teams, bringing over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in human potential, wisdom traditions, leadership, and technology.
Now based in Amsterdam, Vedran's expertise includes leading and building global technology teams and fostering entrepreneurship. His approach, shaped by extensive scholarship and hands-on work in team flow, high-performance systems, and next-gen organizations, is further enriched by his studies with world-renowned mentors in contemplative sciences, essence traditions, and process psychology.
As a lifelong learner and practitioner in organizational studies, athletics, and martial arts, Vedran is passionate about helping sports leaders build and sustain next-generation teams and organizations. A devoted husband and proud father of three, he is dedicated to guiding leaders and organizations toward exceptional growth and transformation.
